Body Building 101: Nutrition

Okay guys, so here I am going to talk on bodybulding nutrition and guide you so can get the best out of you.


First of all its not all, about workout, always remember 30% workout and 70% diet to get bigger muscles. Most of the people who work their ass off in the gym but still don't feel any difference in their body, it's simply because they don't take care of their diet!


Always aim for five to six meals daily to stay energetic and avoid that "hitting the wall" feeling by mid afternoon.Your macro nutrient intake (protein,carbs and fats) should look something like 1-1.5 grams of protein per pond of body body weight.

Eggs
Try to take 25-30 grams of protein(6-8oz) at eat meal. Eat boiled eggs, yes loads of them, at least 4 in the morning as each egg contain 6 gm of protein. If you remove its yellow part because of the fat, then you will still get 3 gm per egg.

Fish

Make fish your daily meal routine. Fish also contains heaps of proteins and it has other benefits and no side effects at all. As far as possible, go natural.

Supplements
So a lot of people ask these days that  which supplement is most beneficial for them, this totally depends of every individual's physique but whey proteins and supplements can really help your muscles to rebuilt quickly and gain muscle mass also with no fat and minimum calories.as each serving of whey can contain 2-3 times more protein than your food intake. For better and faster results do your homework on which may work the best for you.

Keep Gaining
Now, I have heard a lot of people complaining that their muscles stop growing and the gain comes hardly as have maintained their diet. This is common and many feel frustrated when they hit this point. Here is the thing, in order to gain muscle size or mass you have to increase and boost up your testosterone level and most of the people don't have any idea what it is and how to level up their testosterone level.

Testosterone

Firstly never skip leg day! its the most important part of the body and it also helps you to increase your testosterone level. Here are some tips to increase that testosterone level by eating food that are known to increase testosterone:

Pomegranate
Olive Oil
Oysters
Coconut
Cruciferous Vegetables
Whey Protein
Garlic
Banana


Last  but not the least,  avoid the use injections or asteroid as they will get you bigger but the side effects are quite bad. Some people take asteroids and don't cure it, you have to cure it by going through a clean up your body. It is a long process but necessary, otherwise steroids will remain in your body forever and will effect your health and show up later in your life.
